Common questions

  • How does it work?

    Register by filling in all the required fields of the registration form. After successful registration, you can enter the IP addresses of your equipment in the Gates section of your account. Make the first payment to get started or contact the manager for testing.

  • I have lost my username/password. What should I do?

    Please select “I forgot my password” at the login form (https://lexi-call.com/registration).

SIP trunking

  • How to set up my equipment?

    All necessary information for equipment configuring can be found in the technical information section of your account.

  • Can I test your service?

    Yes. You can test any destination. For testing, please contact our managers.

  • Which codecs do you support?

    G.711, G.723, G.729.

  • Do you support SIP or H.323

    We support both protocols.

  • Can I download your rates?

    Yes, you can download any price list after you log in to your account.

  • Do you inform about rate changes?

    Yes, we send email notification.

  • How do you charge calls?

    Charging occurs after the connection with the called party. If there is no connection, we do not charge.

  • What rounding is used for rates?

    We round all rates to 5 decimal places.

  • What are the billing increments?

    For most destinations, 1/1 billing increment is used.

    We use billing increment 30/6 for such destinations as:

    We use billing increment 60/60 for such destinations as:

    You may always find completed information on the billing increment for each destination on the price lists in your account.

Payment

  • Which payment methods do you offer?

    We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer.

  • What is the minimal top up amount?

    The minimum amount of top-up Paypal 1 $ / 1 €, bank transfer 300 $ / 300 €.

  • Who pays the commission?

    All commissions are paid by the payer.

  • How fast do you process payments?

    Payments made via PayPal are processed within 10-15 minutes (please note that for fast processing you have to make the payment through your account). It may take from 3 to 7 banking days to process bank payments.
